For staff IT labor such as
can easily be verified. There are different tiers and markets of course, talking about the body of the direct employment
wage distribution, +/- k σ;, actual global market, backwater markets excluded. This doesn't take into account
1-man creation of high value intellectual property for
the entirety of some enterprise. In the US anyway such rights always vest in the creator if an employee but works for hire from a contractor automatically vest with the buyer.
Don't generally have any problem with strict work for hire to provide specific service or create specific
intellectual property with no equity at the struck rate in such cases. In 2014 air for your tires costs $1. Above for W2/T4
if we're talking contract, $100+ is nominal but point is to ward off the Norton-Kramdens, goofs, and trolls. Already advised above I don't need representation.

No problem with NDAs, brief professional impression, etc. but please hold the belligerent, "I've been burned too many times", "I don't see your skills", or such like.
On Equity, non work for hire
In general I would only be interested in this if it advanced an existing development intent,
or is accompanied by a market wage for at least one of the BLS labor categories I'd be executing in, as a gap filler for the difference
between that wage and the enterprise value delivered. To save time for both of us, if you send something indicating something other
than work for hire, with exceptions per the prior sentence, I'll generally not respond.
